What items are refundable / returnable?
- Authentic LOBO merchandise
- Merchandise received by us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
- Merchandise in unused, unaltered and brand new condition
- Merchandise in its original packaging with all original tags intact
- Merchandise accompanied with its original sale invoice
What items are non-refundable / non-returnable?
- Used, damaged, broken or altered merchandise
- Customized merchandise
- Discounted merchandise
- Unauthentic LOBO merchandise
- E-Gift Cards / Gift Cards
How do I initiate a return / exchange?
- Visit our returns center HERE
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
- If non-eligible, you will receive an email informing you of non-eligibility
- If eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Once items are recieved and succesfully inspected, refund requests are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding holidays
What are my refund options?
- Refund in the form of store credit (E-Gift Card)
- Refund via the original payment method (Card/Cash)
