LOCAL PURCHASES
- USPS typically delivers within 1-2 business days
PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays
- Orders placed Monday through Friday after 1PM CST will begin processing the next business day, excluding holidays
TRACKING INFO
- All customers will receive a notification via text with tracking information as soon as an order ships
- Member accounts also provide immediate access to the status of any purchase
GROUND SHIPPING TIMES
- U.S. deliveries typically occur within 1-7 business days - depending on the package destination
- Free U.S. Shipping includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska - however shipping to these destinations may take more than 7 business days
- Expedited & International options are available at checkout
DELAYS
- We work diligently to avoid quality control issues, but should an item be out of stock at the time of your purchase OR or if the product may require more time to complete (due to the nature of our items being artisan-crafted) - our Customer Care team will be in touch
- Shipping times may be affected due to payment verification - should there be a payment verification issue our Customer Care team will contact you
- Items are shipped using the United States Postal Service, should there be any unexpected delays on their behalf, we may not be held responsible, however, we will gladly help you track your package & help as best we can.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED "DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID" (DDU).
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE OR SHIPPING COST.
WHEN YOU PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER, YOU AGREE TO PAY ANY APPLICABLE CUSTOMS, DUTIES, OR TAXES LEVIED BY YOUR DESTINATION COUNTRY.
UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT CALCULATE THESE CHARGES PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER BEING PLACED, AND ARE UNABLE TO COVER THEM FOR CUSTOMERS.
